Jordan's Ministry of Justice announced that the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Morocco signed an agreement on the surrender of persons sought for a crime or to serve a custodial sentence during the Minister of Justice's official visit to Rabat.

The agreement forms part of judicial cooperation between the two countries. Its practical application remains subject to the final text and completion of the necessary constitutional and legal procedures.
