Legal Service Overview
This free service allows you to submit an official legal dispute against a public or private school if you or your child have been exposed to inappropriate conduct, administrative violations, educational negligence, or any actions that violate students’ educational or human rights within the school environment.
The Office of Justice and Law receives legal disputes, reviews and documents them carefully, and forwards them to the appropriate educational or legal authorities when necessary to ensure that proper actions are taken.
Who Needs This Legal Service?
The School Legal Dispute Service is available to:
- Parents or legal guardians
- Students (with or without parental supervision)
- Teachers or administrative staff who experienced misconduct or unfair treatment
- Anyone who witnessed a violation that deserves to be reported (inside or outside the school)

- Public schools
- Private schools
- International or foreign schools
- Schools affiliated with educational organizations or institutions
- Kindergartens and early childhood education centers
